Deployment Time.

It’s a “deployment” night again, a term that’s applicable to the husband’s line of work. But for me, it only means that he’ll be working over night at the office and won’t be home until about 7 am. His schedule is adjusted in such a way that his Friday working time is “moved” earlier to make it a simultaneous 16 hour shift. He’ll have the rest of the morning tomorrow as his sleeping time.

We already have plans lined up for tomorrow noon after the husband has recharged and our destination will include:
1. Notary Public
2. Fedex Office
3. Trinoma – to buy the little one a new pair of shoes (rubber shoes or boots perhaps), have his haircut and claim a prize from the Concierge that I won in an online contest.

It’ll definitely one busy Friday once again because aside from these offline activities, I also have to work on a number of online assignments. The good thing is that it’s a long weekend with Monday having declared as a special non-working holiday so we can still rest in the coming days.

Free Starbucks With HSBC Purchases.

If you are a coffee lover and totally care less about under eye creams or the prototype 37c review, HSBC’s promo will surely get you to shop using your card more often, frequent Starbucks and drink your favorite cup of coffee.

I have already one charge slip here ready to be converted to a free Mocha Frap (my favorite) but I’m just waiting for another qualified charge slip so the husband can have his share, too. I just phoned HSBC’s customer service, and too bad, my online transactions are not qualified. :sigh:

Online Shopping.

The breakthrough of internet has gone a long way. Before, a lot of users were wary and cautious about online shopping fearing that they will be scammed or their credit card details get hacked. But now as technology advances even more, people can now shop online in peace. There are specialized payment gateways that are made safe and their details secured. We can even do online banking now, pay bills and transfer funds.

Cyberpreneurship has also been one of the major breakthroughs on the web as online shopping is seen as a convenience by many. For instance, when shopping for medical supplies, one just needs to visit JazzMedical.com and browse from among a wide array of medical equipment, patient care supplies, nutritional supplements, surgery and safety products and a lot more. There’s no need for one to go to a drugstore because everything one’s needs are just on the internet.

So Full.

Two nights have already passed and yet I can still taste the scrumptious dinner we had at Texas Roadhouse Grill last Saturday in Bonifacio High Street. “Diet”, specifically the terms “hcg diet” were not part of our vocabulary then as my sisters and I feasted over delectable and mouth watering steaks. They gave us humongous servings that I had a hard time finishing my whole plate. I was so full that the last spoonfuls I had refused to slide down my throat. In fact, I felt like barfing already. I would have loved to eat a slice of cake for dessert but there really was no more space left in my tummy. I totally need one more day to have my taste buds (and intestines) recover before I can have a taste of steak again.
