Loft living is getting more popular nowadays. I used to think that it’s one and the same with condo living but after reading some informative articles online and seeing the lofts in arizona for sale by The Holm Group, I came to know the differences. In a nutshell, lofts permit a live and work space while the condominiums are solely offered as home units for residential use.
According to the recent figures, the number of loft buyers are on the rise maybe because of the advantages they’re seeing compared to condo living. Since lofts have been designed on the basis of open floor plans, they tend to have soaring ceilings and wide open spaces. And another major factor is that lofts are appreciating at twice the rate of a traditional single-family home according to realtors. God willing, we may be able to buy another property after a few years time. By then, loft will be a good option.
