Diet and Depression

If some people divert their attention and browse http://www.depressiontreatment.net for their blues, some people turn to to food to forget about the things that depress them.  However, it’s not a right excuse to turn one’s depression to an eating disorder and just eat carelessly until he or she balloons.  According to research, eating the right diet can actually help fight depression symptoms.  So there goes again the term “right” diet and moderation.   Nutritionists and dietitians say that foods such as vegetables, fruits, lean meats, fiber and low fat dairy products, help stabilize one’s moods when processed in the body.  So remember if you are in a bad or sad mood, feast on veggies and fruits more to regain your sanity.
