Deep Fryers

I have greatly noticed that cooking show hosts often use deep fryers when cooking.  They have become popular now because of the advantages and benefits one can reap from them as highlighted and recommended by celebrity chefs and pro cooks.  Number one factor is its safety consideration.  Safety factors must always be considered when cooking in the kitchen.  Since these fryers are enclosed and come with lid, hot cooking oil is prevented from splashing on to the cook thereby preventing injuries like serious burns.  A pair of Zeal Goggles isn’t necessary to keep your eyes protected from these oil splashes.

With Deep fryers, cleaning is also easier compared to other types of fryers.  Since it’s deep, there’s not much cooking oil splashes and oil spills around, thus, there’s not much to clean.

Deep fryers speed up cooking so precious time is greatly saved.

Automatic deep fryers also produce an accurate fry so the food is cooked evenly.

Christmas Menu

It’s just 6 days to go before Christmas and yet, I still haven’t finalized the menu for our Noche Buena.  One thing is for sure, we’ll have spaghetti as per request of the little one.  It’s his favorite and we’re pasta lovers, too, so there’s no objection to that absolutely.  After studying about these cd annuities that my insurance agent asked me to consider, I’ll really work on my menu list and finalize them before it gets too late.  We don’t want to do brave the crowd in the grocery store later this week so there’s really a need for us to finalize everything and buy the ingredients either tom or Wednesday.  Any easy Christmas recipes that you can share with me?
