No Bake Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Pasta is absolutely one of my son’s favorite food.  Spaghetti, Lasagna, Baked Macaroni, Macaroni Soup..serve him any of these, it’ll be gone in a minute.  That’s why I’m constantly in search of easy, no baked macaroni recipes for him.  This is one of my recent recipe finds from squidoo.  I’ll try to cook this one of these days and if I get a thumbs up sign from the little one, this will definitely be included in my compilation of my favorite recipes.

I’ll search for more no bake pasta recipes since googling online is so easy similar to scouting for rv insurance quotes.

1/2 tbsp. onion, chopped diced
1 kilo ground beef
4 pcs. tomato, chopped diced
1 small can mushroom
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

For White Sauce:
1 3/4 cups milk
2 tbps. margarine
3 tbps. flour
1 cup cheese spread
1 cup grated cheese

Other Ingredients
8 ounces (2 cup) cooked elbow macaroni noodles
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. bits of bacon

Directions:

1. For the red sauce, saute onion, garlic, ground beef, tomato diced, mushroom, thyme and dried oregano. Simmer then set aside.
2. Meanwhile for the white sauce, heat the margarine, flour, cream or milk in a pan then stir and then set aside first.
3. Now bring all the sauce together, put the cooked elbow macaroni pasta in a glass pan then pour red sauce plus the white sauce on top.
4. Then put some more macaroni pasta for another layer plus again the red sauce and the white sauce to make another layer.
5. For the final finishing, sprinkle chopped parsley and bits of bacon on top. Now you are already plate.
